个人简历

赵红然,男,1990年7月生于吉林省长春市,2009年考入吉林大学半导体化学试验班学习。2013年9月免试进入吉林大学电子科学与工程学院微电子学与固体电子学专业攻读硕士、博士学位,2018年6月毕业获理学博士学位,同年9月留吉林大学电子科学与工程学院任教。目前研究方向为介孔二氧化硅复合材料的湿度敏感特性。
