张蕊，女，1991年8月生于吉林省吉林市，2010年考入吉林大学理科试验班（半导体化学）学习。2014年免试进入吉林大学电子科学与工程学院微电子学与固体电子学专业攻读硕士学位。2017年硕士毕业后继续攻读吉林大学电子科学与工程学院微电子学与固体电子学专业博士学位。2020年毕业获理学博士学位。
