个人简历

周婷婷,女,1991年9月生于吉林省四平市,2011年考入吉林大学电子信息工程专业学习。2015年免试进入吉林大学电子科学与工程学院微电子学与固体电子学专业直接攻读博士学位。2020年9月毕业获理学博士学位,同年通过吉林大学“鼎新学者”人才计划留校从事博士后研究工作, 2023年博士后出站并获聘副教授岗位继续留校任教。
