个人简历

代建勋,男,1992年3月生于吉林省通化市,于2011年9月考入吉林大学电子信息工程专业学习。2015年免试进入吉林大学电子科学与工程学院微电子学与固体电子学专业攻读硕士学位。于2017年通过硕博连读继续攻读微电子学与固体电子学博士学位。2020年毕业获理学博士学位。
