王蕊，女，1982年12月生于辽宁省阜新市，2001年9月考入吉林大学电子科学与技术专业学习，于2005年9月考入吉林大学电子科学与工程学院，微电子学与固体电子学攻读硕士学位，2007年6月获理学硕士；同年9月免试推荐攻读微电子学与固体电子学博士学位，并于2010年6月获理学博士学位并于同年留校工作。目前的研究方向是新型敏感材料及器件。
