曾毅，男，1980年7月生于四川省达州市，1998年考入吉林大学材料学院并于2002年7月获得学士学位；2007年7月于吉林大学超硬材料国家重点实验室凝聚态物理专业获得硕士学位；同年9月考入吉林大学电子科学与工程学院攻读博士学位，2010年7月获得微电子学与固体电子学博士学位。2010年7月至今在吉林大学材料学院任教。
