马志彦,女,1995年2月出生于宁夏回族自治区固原市,2014年9月考入西北民族大学应用化学专业学习,2018年9月推免至西北工业大学应用化学专业攻读硕士学位,现已确定进入吉林大学电子科学与工程学院微电子学与固体电子学专业攻读博士学位。2024年顺利毕业,获理学博士学位
